Account and Data Deletion

You can start without an account or sign in with Google, and you can delete the account link and all Banlon records in the app.

Delete in the app

In Settings, open App Information and choose Delete My Data. Banlon deletes question responses, debates, user-to-user conversations, value-map data, profile information, and push subscriptions from the server and device. A Google sign-in is disconnected from the Banlon user record. Deleted records cannot be recovered.

Request deletion on the web or by email

  • If you cannot use the app, email support@knowch.co.kr with the subject “Banlon account and data deletion request.”
  • We request only the minimum verification information, such as the sign-in email or the anonymous installation verification value shown in App Information.
  • After verification, we delete the account and related responses, debates, user conversations, value-map data, profile image, and push subscriptions.

Timing and exceptions

We will report the result within 10 days of receiving your request. Minimal records required for security, disputes, or legal retention may be isolated for the required purpose and period before deletion. Data independently held by an advertising provider may need to be removed through that provider’s controls.
